- 3 green apples
- 10 cc vanilla essence
- 10 g baking powder
- 500 g skim ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 10 g ground cinnamon
- Vegetable spray to taste
- 10 cc lemon juice
Preparation:
1) In a bowl, put the ricotta, eggs, vanilla essence, cinnamon and baking powder. Process with a mixer. Peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Place over a bowl with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes. Form a puree with a fork.
2) On a plate with parchment paper and vegetable spray, accommodate a large metal ring and place the preparation inside. Cook in low oven for 15 minutes.
3) Cool in refrigerator. Cut into rectangular portions and serve with a tablespoon of mashed potatoes aside. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ricotta.
This version is healthy because it doesn't have any mass: The stuffing forms a layer against the surface of the baking sheet, and can be served without problems.
