Stuffed round zucchinis

My grandmother used to prepare this exquisite dish whenever my family went to her place for dinner.


It's a classic easy European recipe, but suffered several variations in time. I'm talking about Stuffed round zucchini. 


In this case, I propose a variation of my own that makes it more healthy, but maintaining its taste and originality.
