Wonton and dip

As you have noticed, many of the healthy preparations that I propose in this blog are not usually known to be healthy by people, but this is not because they aren't, but because they often are associated with sodium canned ingredients, or with excess of chemicals or preservatives.

But these same preparations can easily be replaced or varied, increasing protein and reducing the amounts of saturated fat. Pork with onions and apples

I have a friend that really likes healthy cooking, and he does great dinners like this one. This is a classic and easy recipe I like to share it with you. Pork with onions and apples.

The pork meat is rich in iron and proteins. It has low amounts of saturated fat and is rich in monounsaturated fat, helping to regulate the cholesterol in blood. It's an ideal meat to replace some traditional preparations of beef. By including vegetables and fruits, we get a complete and healthy recipe and, above all, very tasty.
