Sea kabob

In the summer we don't want to turn on the oven and it's important not to eat foods that are difficult to digest. Today I present an easy, quick and healthy recipe (and also light).

This Sea kabob combines seafood with peppers, rich in fiber, allowing us to enjoy the best Mediterranean flavors with fewer calories. It also includes the benefits of shellfish for the good cholesterol.

And the best part is that we can do all the preparation in the pan or even in the microwave.

The ingredients for 2 servings are:

- 4 kabob sticks
- 1 can mussels
- 20 peeled shrimp
- 1 can of squid
- 1 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1) Cut the onion and peppers into squares of 1 1/2 inch, calculating the size to be pierced on the sticks.

2) Insert each ingredient in the skewers. Fold the shrimps in half before inserting, and be careful to alternate each ingredient on the stick.

3) Cover with vegetable spray and cook in a covered pan or in microwave on high power until the ingredients change their color. Serve!

We can serve this dish with a cool refreshing drink (and exotic!) as the juice of roses we saw in our previous recipe.
