Oatmeal Cookies



Once again I bring you a sweet recipe that attempts to meet two goals simultaneously: Eat healthy and wealthy at the same time, in this case based on the properties that oatmeal gives us.

With this Oatmeal cookies, we have an almost perfect combination of nutrients for a good breakfast, and with a couple of tweaks we can use it for a delicious preparation to enjoy.



When combined with a good juice as (I insist!) our rose juice, we have a balanced and energetic breakfast.

The ingredients for 4 servings are:

- 150 g of oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 squeezed lemon
- liquid sweetener

Preparation:

1) Preheat oven to 360°F . Crush the bananas with a fork and add the lemon juice. On the other hand, mix the oatmeal with cinnamon and add the mashed bananas, mixing both preparations with your hands.

2) Incorporate a splash of liquid sweetener to the mixture and amalgamate. On a baking sheet with baking parchment place our mix with a spoon. Crush and give the way you prefer.

3) Cook for 20 minutes and let cool. Enjoy!

Cook time: 20 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Calories per serving: 100 calories
