Spicy lamb with nuts

The lamb meat is tasty, lean and delicious cooking for longer periods like this recipe. Now combine it with spices to enhance flavor, and nuts for energy.

This Spicy Lamb with nuts is ideal for preparing in winter, as it provides the heat and energy needed to withstand the intense cold. On the other hand, I'm making some changes to the traditional stew that will allow us to reduce the caloric values without reducing taste.

The ingredients for 4 servings are:

- 1 boneless leg of lamb
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parsley, cumin, cinnamon to taste
- 100 g pine nuts and fried almonds
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion and garlic into cubes and fry In a pot with olive oil. When the onion begins to be transparent, remove and set aside. In the same oil fry the lamb chops cutted into medium pieces until browned in the outside, but the interior must remain raw. Add the onion and garlic, the chopped parsley and a teaspoon of cumin and cinnamon. Mix everything well and add the red wine and the broth.

2. Cover the pot and leave over low heat, stirring occasionally with about an hour. When serving, decorate the top with almonds or pine nuts. ¡That's it!
